1. Services
I provide web design, web development, and website hosting/logistics services as described on this website. Each project is governed by a separate agreement that outlines the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
2. Project Inquiries
Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement. A formal proposal will be provided, and work begins only after both parties have agreed to and signed a project contract.
3. Website Content
You are responsible for providing all content (text, images, logos, etc.) for your website. I am not liable for any copyright or trademark issues arising from content you provide.
4. Hosting Services
If I manage hosting for your website, I strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside my control (e.g., upstream provider outages, DNS propagation, DDoS attacks). I am not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or data loss.
5. Limitation of Liability
I provide my services "as is" and make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites I build or host. My total liability for any claim arising from my services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the website design and code I create for you, excluding any third-party libraries or tools used. I retain the right to display the website in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brașov, Romania.
